For my first time at the game, it’s ember for combat, physical and best all around can fill some gaps with construction, healing, and intellect. Melody for primary doctor and researcher. Rita for farming and she starts with a 1 in cooking but she is interested so if you have her farm and cook primarily her cook skills Improves very quickly. Rita is also a secondary fighter. Last is Quin who is my primary constructor and crafter, but also a strong researcher. The weakened in Thai group is crafting so you need Quin to spend more than half his time early on crafting so he can become strong at it. The strength by far is researching, as you have 2 very strong researchers and ember as a third option to get some researching in as a last resort.

Seems like you have very strong combat, physical, cooking, and farming but sacrificing good construction or crafting and ember is your only boy researcher with a 4

Thanks for the checking out the video. A big focus for me early on is food and farming. I agree construction is important, especially when it’s a cold climate.
