That one video of the soldier being torn apart was Russian. Though the video cameras time stamp and mode words was in English you see Therm Ru or something. After the fall of communism they did buy and use western tech. But audio from the pilots speaking was is in Russian and you hear one of the men on the helicopter gagging and start to vomit from seeing the man ripped apart. This may of been in Chechnya though im not sure its definitely very strange as those things were drinking the blood some holding body parts over thier heads and letting it pour into their mouths.
