Strange red lights over Toronto Beach, Lake Ontario Nov 3 2013

I’ve seen these from the US side (near Hamlin Beach - Rochester NY area). I had the pleasure of spending most of summer 2022 at my family’s cottage on the lake, and pretty much every night these lights would appear at the horizon, rise and move around left to right as they grow brighter and dimmer, then usually return to the horizon and disappear (making me think it comes from the water(?)). They come and go through the night if one watches. 100% not flares - they move up down, left right, up and down again, and interact with one another sometimes. I’m surprised they aren’t more well known/discussed - they’re a secret for those lucky enough to call this place home, I guess ;-)!

Wow, that sounds amazing, it reminds me of what that Orbwatch group was reporting from years ago. I will have to point my telescope at the horizon next time. Yes, I also get what you are saying about the organic movements of the objects - you see that also in some of the recently released FLIR videos from the US Customs and Border Protection branch.

this is happening right now in Port Hope, ON above the lake!! Two object have been hovering there for about an hour

I just saw something matching this description from Brampton, looked like it was above the airport. Amazing, whatever it was. It would hover, then shoot straight up so fast then stop dead again and take off like a rocket horizontally, making quick stops, and funny arcs. Then it would hover and descend again quickly out of view. Few minutes later it was back at it again. I couldn't believe how fast it could accelerate and stop dead. Must be some military technology. Bright red light with a smaller flashing white light. I'm going to go back out now and see if it's still at it.

I just saw a similar red light in the sky tonight (Dec. 19th) at 9:30PM, in just about the exact same place in the sky as last year. Again, it disappeared in the time it took me to run down the street to the lake.

Seen this exact red light over Lake Ontario in Toronto last night..I was on my balcony at my condo....it looked like it went into the water...it flew out of Toronto island airport

Hey saw same red light in the sky last night over Lake Ontario it looked like a red star was there for about 10 to 15 minutes. Flashed white light 5 times. Then just dropped out of the sky.

9:30pm over lake Ontario looking from the mountain brow in Hamilton. 2 bright orange lights, then they disappeared and reappeared in different locations.

Saw similar light, singular orangish-yellow light, cross over Dexter NY from E-NE heading in an arc towards your video location. Appeared as a bright, initially motionless sphere, 5-10X brighter than surrounding stars,then began to move quickly and silently, low altitude, in an arc towards lake ontario. happened around 10P-1A around the same date. the object dimmed as it moved from its initial position. Could not determine objects size, while its alt was low it was quite far away when at its closest position. The object exhibited no other strange motion than what is described above.

Hey, if you can get a video of it and post it that would be phenomenal. If it is raining there as it is here right now then whatever it is it must be low in the sky.

I’ve wondered whether these are biological or even metaphysical entities, or possibly a craft of some sort. They move and behave as if they are alive or at least sentient. I see bright white lights flash in the sky also, like a star is winking at you. Saw it with my Dad once, and other people occasionally. The lake is magic.

These were definitely moving in the sky at low altitude for only about 2 minutes - wanted to post this to show how red they were, never seen anything quite like it.

Saw the same thing few days ago when I was camping by Lake Ontario around 1-2am Kind of looked like it was a fire burning at the top of a lighthouse right in the middle of the lake but it moved quite fast at that and I checked in the am to see if anything was in those locations and there’s nothing not even an island lol

Saw this in Toronto last year, the red ball of light was hovering still for 15-20 minutes and then suddenly dropped straight down, pretty slowly onto a baseball field right at the bottom of Bayview avenue near the Don River and Cabbagetown

Seen this very bright red light at woodstock NY, it was just sitting still in the sky and then move parallel at the speed of light and disappeared. Always wondered if I witness an UFO sighting.

I saw that too. I was on my bed looking at the sky and I see a red orb flying across the sky it wasn’t too fast but it wasn’t slow AT ALL it was kinda scary in Grand Rapids Michigan 😦

I saw 5-6 of these one night last year on the other side of the lake in Hamlin. They were hovering over the lake to the west near Buffalo. They would rise and move around VERY quick and then they would all move as if it were a formation. There movenets were very fluid and quick. I was terrified I watched them for almost ten minuets. I had to get my step father to make sure i wasn't crazy and he saw them too. then one by one in under 30 sec they disapeared.

Search glowing orbs over Katy, tx. I've witnessed these myself and undoubtedly are something out of this world.

I remember seeing this a LONG time ago every night over Lake Ontario... my father and I did some research on it and determined it was something with the Canadian military
