Everyone thinks that the music of their era was the best, maybe the kids from the sixties would argue with me but I know I had the best with the Jam, Two Tone, The Specials, Madness, proper Reggae and the list goes on. No wonder depression is so common in the youngsters today. What they need is some angry young men with electric guitars to listen too.

Foxton is like a man who ended up in a wheel chair and a Doctor came along and gave him the power to walk again. Dr. Russel Hastings. So happy for Bruce, he looks so happy up there.

I have always loved this song since being stationed in Germany in the Army in '86. I have noticed a change in tempo between the chorus and verse in this version. I prefer the none-tempo change of the original so you can really dig the groove. I am a bass player and I also very much admire Bruce Foxton's chops and singing ability. It's not easy to do what he does.

It's uncanny how the performance sounds 100% ripped from the actual record, which isn't necessarily a bad thing.
