Today, as of March 31st 2021, I actually visited something that reminded me of the the image in the thumbnail (also at 0:51-0:54). My old school used to have these like 12 foot tall fences all around the playground and I just remember it so clearly. Me and some friends took a long walk around my town and we ended up there and it just made me feel nostalgic. I miss being such a little kid.

I've seen a lot of these "strangely familiar" videos before but this one feels so much more familiar than all the rest, literally to the point where I can recall certain memories that took place somewhere uncannily similar to this. Example: I remember being in the house at 0:10. My parents were considering buying this house, and I recall walking through it a bit, and can even remember some of the home design. I feel like I've been to 0:28 when I was younger, it's a clinic (although I can't remember what sort). 0:31 is a hotel I remember walking around with my father in when we were going back to our rooms. Anyway, this comment has gone on long enough, so I guess I'll be going now.

imagine travelling the world, alone. nobody in sight but you, you see all there is to see with nobody by your side. you see every part of the world and in no part are there people, you see all the wonders of the world, small forgettable neighborhoods, every inch of Antarctica, the bottom of the ocean, small villages not many people even know existed, forests, jungles, cities, but you will never find a single soul, you are forced to walk a lonely world for all eternity, you dream of being in the world you used to live in with your family and friends. all you are going to want to do is get back there.

I finally realize what my memories are to me, they're all I know, they're what forged my personality and realizing that these memories are only cherished by me bothers me, they'll be nothing in 50 years. Everything ends and the thought of losing everything I know scares me a lot. My friends and family, nothing will be remembered. I cling to these memories because they're the only thing reminding me of my youth, and i cling to these memories because they're the only thing that makes me recognize myself as a human. I can't let them go as much as it hurts to remember them it gives me joy, more than anything else that happens in the present. The past is who we are, we can never let go of the past.

0:23 staying at a cabin or a relative's house next to a larger rural town, there's a party at someone else's cabin or a festival in town and you hear muffled country or pop music 0:32 you're with your friends at a pool in a small town hotel, it's 9:30 PM and you know you're going to be heading back to your room soon with your parents. There's a racing arcade machine downstairs that illuminates the far corner 1:38 your mom is busy getting something checked at a front desk somewhere and lets you go outside, there's nothing out there and it's like 40 degrees out so you just go back inside 2:08 you're walking back from a large building and your dad parked way too far away for some reason, it started snowing while you were in there but it's not that cold yet 2:32 you're bored because one of your parents is talking with someone else's parents after a sports practice so you decide to explore the rest of the closed building
