get some bearing buddies for that thing. has a grease fitting and a spring inside. pump full of grease and the spring keeps pressure on grease to continually lube the bearings. The you just carry a grease gun with you on those long hauls. the grease fitting like sinks into the hub so if you pop the cap off and see its too far in, add grease until it comes back out. They're awesome for trailers bro!
