@@bunta9537 That's not the point. I made a personal decision after seeing what's done to male baby chicks, and the conditions in factory farms. The shit that goes on in the meat industry is a stain on the human race, and even moreso since we now know for an absolute fact that not only are animals sentient and feel pain, but they have emotions and their own internal thought processes. I'm not the type of person who is going to lecture others about what they eat, but I do know that sooner rather than later, everyone is going to realize that we cannot have 8 billion+ humans eating meat and not destroy the planet.

Seems like this got a pretty negative response, but I actually think this is very good product placement. Is this fried chicken being enjoyed in good times? No. It's a sad fast food meal being served because a family was too preoccupied with clinging to the hope that their missing daughter is still alive to cook dinner for their guests. Is anybody singing the food's praises? No, someone just awkwardly repeats the company's slogan to break the tension. Does anything about this seem like it's a positive for KFC? No. Do you remember it? Hell yes.

The Fetch Prince they did it with multiple products like Reeses pieces and mounds and it's more of a distraction than comedy at this point. Especially considering KFC mightve not even been called KFC back in those years

Humor tone deaf AF or the fact that KFC existed seamlessly through several generations you couldn't help but interpret this as product placement but this scene is dripping in eighties vibe simply because of this all too familiar atmosphere of eating KFC.
