Hey it’s not about new beginnings necessarily, I mean we’re getting the D&D Honor Among Thieves movie, I’m positive ST’s success was a huge influence. So in a sense they did open up a gate (pun intended) for further exploration of this medium and source material. However, as far as ST goes, as much as I’d like for it to keep coming out for the rest of my life, I do want them to have a proper farewell instead of dragging on forever, pulling plot points out their butts and eventually retconning/rebuilding its own mythos. I’ll quote Avenged Sevenfold here (this one’s for you Eddie) “So don't shed a tear now Be thankful for the time Life wouldn't be so precious dear If there never was an end”

I also like the fact Max was more vulnerable and the way Vecna explores her mind to take advantage of her inner traumas was well thought: great representation of how depress!0n can affect daily life. And besides, it amazes me how quickly the cast has aged (I mean, look at Noah or Gaten) and what an exciting journey they've been through. It takes strong storytelling to get people to care so deeply about characters introduced (or roles expanded) in later seasons. Eddie is a prime example but the development of Erica, Max, Robin, Steve has been handled really well, they all feel like 3 dimensional characters, we care about all of them.

Stranger things é definitivamente a melhor série da Netflix,eu acompanho essa série desde 2016 e essa 4 temporada pra mim é a segunda melhor de todas ,a minha temporada favorita continua sendo a 2 porém eu tenho que dizer que essa 4 temporada fica quase que pau a pau com a 2,essa 4 temporada realmente é mais adulta ,eles abordam assuntos muito mais adultos como transtornos mentais por exemplo e eu gostei também que eles deram mais destaque pra personagens que eram muito mal aproveitados em temporadas anteriores,a Max e o Lucas são os maiores exemplos disso ,na terceira temporada os dois foram super esquecidos no churrasco pelo menos ao meu ver,a Max então me deixou com muito ranço na 3 temporada ,na 2 temporada eu amava a Max porque ela era muito feminista e era muito maneira e sua personalidade e traumas foram muito mais explorados ,mais na 3 temporada a Max mudou muito ela ficou irreconhecível,ela passou de feminista para femista e femismo é bem diferente de feminismo,a Max chegou a influenciar a onze a fazer certas coisas,a onze terminou com o Mike por influência da Max e a Max usou os poderes da onze pra espionar os garotos e isso foi tão ridículo,a Max da 2 temporada jamais faria uma atrocidade dessas,que bom que nessa 4 temporada a Max voltou a ser o que era na 2 temporada e aí o meu amor pela Max voltou,os traumas dela e a culpa que ela sente pela morte do Billy saí muito bem explorados nessa 4 temporada,inclusive são esses traumas que fazem ela ser uma vítima do vecna e a atuação da Sadie nessa 4 temporada foi surreal,agora falando do Lucas,dele eu sempre gostei mais na 3 temporada ele também não fez muita coisa o que me deixou muito triste ,tá ele deu a ideia de jogar fogos no devorador de mentes mais foi só isso que ele fez e mais nada,gostei de ver que nessa 4 temporada eles aprofundaram mais a motivação do Lucas ,ele ficou dividido entre ser popular e ser nerd mais no final ele escolheu ficar do lado dos nerds e traiu o time de basquete pra ajudar seus verdadeiros amigos e isso foi uma evolução legal do personagem,eu gostei de cada cena do Lucas , principalmente a cena dele brigando com o Jason e a atuação do Caleb foi ótima nessa temporada gostei de ver,outro personagem que já era destacado antes mais agora ficou mais destacado ainda foi o dustin,gostei que eles exploraram mais a inteligência dele,o dustin é meu personagem favorito e eu tava com saudades de ver o dustin e a sua inteligência em ação,nessa 4 temporada ele solucionou quase todos os mistério,ele que descobriu que tinha um portal aberto em hawkins,foi a inteligência e a bússola dele que levou ele e o pessoal até o portal do lago dos amantes,foi o dustin também que descobriu que o vecna mata pessoas pra abrir mais portais pra hawkins ,mano surreal a inteligência desse menino,gostei que nessa temporada eles exploraram mais essa inteligência do dustin e sem palavras para o personagem novo Eddie munson,ele foi a melhor coisa dessa 4 temporada de stranger things,o arco dele foi muito bom,ele era um menino medroso que sempre fugia do perigo mais que no final encontra sua coragem e ajuda os amigos a salvarem a cidade,pena que ele morre depois disso,a cidade inteira tava contra Eddie achando que ele e seu clube de d&d eram uma ceita satânica e que eles estavam envolvidos nos assassinatos dos adolescentes ,a polícia inteira tava atrás dele e mesmo assim o Eddie se sacrificou e morreu salvando a cidade que tanto odiava ele e o mais triste é saber que a cidade nunca vai saber disso e ao invés do Eddie ser lembrado como um herói ele vai ser lembrado pela cidade como um assassino ,coitado do Eddie ele não merecia isso ,eu fiquei triste quando ele morreu,ele merecia ficar vivo pra provar sua inocência mais infelizmente esse mundo não merecia o Eddie,enfim eu amei o destaque que eles deram pra esses personagens e amei o vilão vecna,ele é realmente assustador ,o Jamie campball arrasou na atuação foi realmente assustador ver o vecna em ação,o terror dessa temporada também foi muito assustador ,eu tive medo e levei susto em várias cenas ,parabéns Netflix continuem assim.
