You are both to be complimented for your artistry and dedication to your work - and, neither of you is very ugly! Always a pleasure to watch you dance. Of course, I could do everything you do - if, I were you! Keep up the good work guys because we inquiring minds want to know and watch. An aside, when I was your ages, I was in just as impeccable shape as you two - no brag just fact. My at rest pulse was 45 beats a minute - I was bicycling about 20 miles a day, lifting, you name it. Consequently, I built my body to a level that I have never, not one time needed to see a doctor in 40 years and have no aches, pains and take no poisons - so called medicines - for the myriad maladies that afflict all who didn't take care of themselves. So, here's the long and the short of it, boys. If you are circumspect, if you don't let yourselves get lazy, get fat etc, but realize that though none of us can keep things up at the same levels we can when in our 20s, 30s forever? If you continue to work hard you will both for all intents, purposes and appearances be just as beautiful as you both are now, in the here and now until you are well into your 40s - even 50s. But the realization of that goal and you being able to delight us with your dancing craft and brilliance and be as pleasing and easy on the eyes as you are now? Begins now, not tomorrow, next week or next year. Intelligent, dedicated maintenance, maintaining one's body and keeping it, and ourselves, on the straight and narrow is infinitely easier than having to regain lost glory and fitness! And, one last thing, someday, when you two are the elders? You must make a point of passing along, passing forward the type of advice I just gave you young whippersnappers! God put us here to help others avoid pitfalls -and smile at their successes - not push them into them and laugh at their despair.
