Stranger Things season 4 Filming Locations

Hello everyone!! I am so excited to bring you yet another Stranger Things video. As always, its hard to get to all locations, but I made sure to get to the most important ones, or at least they are to me. If you don't already know, ST has filmed in Atlanta and cities all around Atlanta..actually they are very scattered, which makes it hard each time I go to see it all. I want to thank my niece, Yari for helping me out so much during this trip. I can't even describe to you how nice it is having someone to help you. It was very special having her with me, and we had a blast!

Stranger Things was released on July 15, 2016 and it was written by: Matt Duffer, Ross Duffer and 9 others and was directed by: Matt and Ross Duffer among 5 others. The main characters include: Millie Bobby Brown, Finn Wolfhard, Winona Ryder, Caleb McLaughlin, David Harbour, Gaten Matarazzo, and Noah Schnapp..among other great actors that have joined a long the way.
Stranger Things is one of my favorite shows and I just love it so much, and I really love visiting the locations so I hope you enjoy this video.

Love it! Georgia is really becoming the new Hollywood. Stranger Things is filmed there as is Cobra Kai. Marvel Studios mostly films most of their projects in Atlanta and obviously Walking Dead was filmed exclusively there. Plus Hunger Games was filmed in Georgia. Tyler Perry's Studio is based there too.

Yes I am aware, I’ve been several times and I have visited locations for all the movies/tv shows you mentioned except Cobra Kai, among others. And it would be cool to do a tour at the Tyler Perry studio although I don’t think they are doing tours now. Thank you for watching.

Two months ago I have came to Atlanta all the way from Sydney, Australia and that four days are the best days of my life, I wish I had stayed longer, hope that I would come again in 2024!

I just love it sooo much!!! I love everything that has to do with movies because I wanted to be an actress so bad. I really appreciate the kinds words and I would love that mainly because I want to make more money that way I can make more videos instead only just a few a month.

Wow you must’ve had a long day yea every time I watch Stranger Things bring me back to the 80s and it really does feel like the 80s era cause I was born late 70s in 1979 and it looks like by the ending they’re gonna make season five but I’ve been hearing season four was the ending I don’t know Great video by the way 👏🏾👍🏽

There's going to be another STRANGER THINGS block party this year where they filmed the family video and palace arcade scenes. Same place. Just a heads up. Last year 2021 was their first year doing it. Looks like this year on STRANGER THINGS day again they'll throw another block party. Last year it was on November 6th. I think this yesr it'll be November 5th?...1 day earlier. And it looks to be earlier also in the day. Last year's was from 6pm to 8 or 9pm. This year it'll be like 12pm to 5pm or something.

@@LeslieLove yeah last year's was a great turn out! Not bad for their first time throwing this block party. I went to it from beginning to end. They had games, food vendors, lifesized cardboard cutouts of the characters in front of the family video and palace arcade area you could take photos with and those old school arcade machines that you seen in the show that you could play (FOREAL)...prizes and charms and stuff stranger things themed you could win etc. a DJ playing music from the show. And down the road where the Hawkins police dept was filmed also (since both filming locations are literally blocks from eachother) they had more character cutouts (Joyce and Hopper) you could take photos with again. They had a huge blowup theater screen thing where they were going to play BACK TO THE FUTURE for everyone that wanted to stay and watch it outdoors like those old school movie drive in's using a projector. They also utilized some of the existing businesses to makeshift locations and scenes from the show that you could take photos in etc. The whole blocked area was STRANGER THINGS themed all the way from the family video and palace arcade filming area to the Hawkins Police dept.

How did you get into the gymnasium at the school? We went about a year ago and the main doors were locked. We are planning on visiting again in March and I’ve be watching a bunch of videos on KZbin trying to see if there’s another way in.

Honestly by pure luck, someone left a door open so we just went in. Now I heard security is really tight there. They could make so much money if they hosted tours there..

@@LeslieLove Not surprised about the recent increase in security since filming for season 5 will start in the summer. They probably do not want anyone vandalizing the property right before production. I've heard that the city will be demolishing the school once the show is over and use the money Netflix paid the city to film there to rebuild. Thank you for this video! It is one of the best location tours on KZbin!
