I’ve been saying that since the first video of yours that I watched: Time Travel. Why else would they set up Back to the Future, Vecna’s obsession with clocks, the upside down being stuck in time, and that episode of Henry turning back time on his own family clock; all with the ultimate premise that the upside down itself is stuck in the past…maybe 11 and Mike never meet because she sacrifices her relationships and future, finally kinda understands papa and Vecna, and chooses never to free Henry but to help him and Papa instead. And that’s what the new spin off show becomes with the younger version actors that replace the kids in the flashbacks. That would mean those flashbacks of Mike and Will are to set up how they end up together instead, because they won’t have the history of fighting the real life dnd, (because it’s pretty clear now as to why Will love Mike; he’s been his best friend and closest knight in shining armor every time Will was in danger and all through season 2 helping him fight the mind flayer.) Plus this sets up my most important reminder: They said Every Character would get their own ending! What if they meant it? What if Eddie and Chrissy end up together after Jason leaves for college because the whole thing never happened. Everyone gets their own ending, even Barb! Even Alexi and Enzo, Even Papa and Henry, Even the Mind Flayer and Demigorgons get a set up for their spinoff, Even 11’s mom! (If she starts seriously helping Papa, maybe she can convince him to let her see her mom and hang out for a bit here and there). This would be the best ending, and even the restaurant guy from season one could all give the kids a meal at his place for a final piece-de-resistance.

What if Episode 2 is called : The Vanishing of Karen Wheeler. A reason this could be is because a few weeks ago we saw a picture of a patient, being Karen Wheeler attacked by a demogorgon or possibly a new monster. So, maybe she was like Will and was captured in the Upside Down. She escaped, but she was injured really bad or the gang found her and saved her or the lab is back again. There’s no way all that smoke that filled the skies of Hawkins clears away in a day. I need the first 30 minutes of the first episode to be the city of Hawkins evacuating and a time lapse of around a few weeks, maybe months. As far as the casting call, I think rather than time travel, we will have a lot of "memory travel". As we saw in season 4, El can view the memories of others by entering their minds. I think the group will be trying to solve sort of clue, and to do that, they will need El to go into Mike, Will, or Jonathan's mind, where she will come across this memory as well as many others. Another possibility is that Mike or Will will be "vecna'd" and, like Max, they will have to think of good memories, one of which includes something that happened when they were younger.

The military have all the kids trapped in a military base for interrogation, which includes Holly Wheeler. This is where the crew decides to sneak in to rescue the kids from the base, including Mike Wheeler to rescue his younger sister, where they eventually rescue here. But later, this happens so that Holly Wheeler ends up disappearing.

Here's why I don't think Mike and El will end up together: there are so many filmmaking techniques, angels, score, and set pieces (some quite literally pointing to Mike and Will in certain scenes) that go all the way back to the pilot. All of their scene parallels match up with other established endgame couples. Mike parallels father figures for El in literally most of their scenes. Also, if they were endgame, they would have had them resolve their conflict in the end of season four. they will almost certainly be broken up for the majority of season five and I think in the latter half, Mike and Will will get together. Rink-o-Mania is a huge clue to Mike not being straight. That scene literally parallels The scene in Heartstopper where Nick realizes he's not straight with all of the lighting and foreshadowing happening in the background. I could go on for years about this, but I'll stop. There's tons of analysis videos on it, but the moment that sold it for me was when I remembered that Mike told El it makes him crazy (love) and the only person he wants to go crazy with is Will. However, I do believe Mike truly does love El as a friend and he certainly does not want to hurt her.

Yeah I agree and much more like after my second watch of Season 1, I could tell Mike out of all the boys had this special relationship with Will that neither had with Lucas or Dustin. Season 2 only confirmed it for me. And then Season 3 and 4 it just became more obvious. I definitely believe it's been building up since Season 1.

personally i think its karen who goes missing due to herself in S3 since billy was possessed by the mindflayer controlled by vecna and vecna hinted to nancy multiple times and since she knows the most so he might do the same with holly so shes obviously there and she and karen have a close relationship seen in multiple seasons and mike and nancy are most likely busy but vecna might go for nancy since she knows the most but i don't think she will since vecna has had multiple chances to take nancy but never did

So far every season has 3 groups I hope all the younger teens will be in a group like Mike, Dustin, Will, Lucas, Eleven, Erica, Holly and maybe later on Max joins that group. Then Nancy, Jonathon, Steve and Robin join the 2nd group and then the last group is Hopper, Joyce and Murray.
