Thank you for this! I have PTSD, and you’re speaking about the day to day reality of living with PTSD. So much PTSD info focuses on the traumatic experience, the science, or statistics. Somehow the small but monumental challenges of each day wIth PTSD get lost. Good job mentioning those.
