And if she ever gets out, she will be old enough that latching onto some guy likely won’t work, and she will go from being ostracized in prison to being ostracized and forgotten outside prison. And no….you don’t NEED a bunch of benzos or addiction meds that you dress up as for sleep or anxiety….the actual best (most efficacious) treatment for anxiety is exposure therapy, where you face the panic attack and realize, no…you don’t die…learn other non-drug ways to deal with anxiety, and the panic attacks will disappear or be rare. And being upset or “anxious” after getting caught for child abuse and murder isn’t a medical issue.

I still remember 18 years ago when I was dropping off my two year old son at his grandparents for babysitting and he was crying and trying to follow me out the door but I was late for work and staying longer seemed to only prolong the crying other days so I closed the door and totally accidentally caught his finger in the front door and I felt HORRIBLE. @@dz31472 I agree on the meds. She mentioned Clonidine, which is a blood pressure medication that's used off-label for anxiety. If someone takes Clonidine regularly, and then they suddenly stop taking it - their blood pressure will spike. Sometimes sudden cessation will push blood pressure all the way into hypertension stage 3 (which would necessitate hospitalization, because organ damage can take place with such a high BP). This is because the body has become accustomed to compensating for the medication always lowering the BP, and suddenly the medication is gone. If the patient has been abusing the medication, and taking too much to try and knock themselves out (which is absolutely what it sounds like she was doing), their blood pressure is likely to be dangerously high. Severely high BP can cause incredible anxiety and an overwhelming sensation of panic and dread. I don't enjoy seeing people suffer - it usually hurts me to do so. However, in this case, it's actually quite cathartic to watch her, knowing that she's going through absolute hell, and it's all a result of her moronic and evil actions.

I felt bad when I thought she was feeding them pizza rolls for dinner (this what she claimed in the 1st interrogation) I always made full meals, as in meat, starch, veggie, etc. Even if I didn't cook I would try to get good food. Ex. Instead of happy meals I'd get Applebee's pickup or something like that. But damn, i guess pizza rolls would have been better than nothing. I could never have even thought of letting my babes be or go hungry.

I watch crime investigations/interrogations like this, daily. Very rarely am I phased, let alone physically moved by cases. When I am, the cases involve children. As a mother, I cannot comprehend the mentality that monsters like this have. I cannot help but picture that innocent, sweet boy, grabbing onto the vehicle, so mama didn’t leave him behind. In those moments he felt panic, heartbreak, terror and pain as she drug him to his death & left him there. His last moments were betrayal & suffering. This makes me feel sick. My heart aches for that poor little boy. Crimes against children shouldn’t be met with a lifetime on the tax payer dollar, where they get to live out their natural life. It should be met with a death sentence. That’s my opinion, though I’m sure some would disagree. Crimes against children, are unforgivable.

This happened in my town. I love our police department and detectives. They get to the bottom of everything. The house where James lived still gets memorial items placed out front. Balloons, teddy bears, signs, flowers. My town also held a memorial at a park for him, which I went to. This was one of the worst things that ever hit my town. We’ve never found his body. Due to the currents behind high, they believe his body washed off. This killed his dad. When james’ dad learned about this, and then learned that they never found a body, he lost it.
