On Saturday 4-14-18 I went down to the Strasburg Railroad to see the Heritage Rail Alliance Convention. (www.atrrm.org/) Strasburg held this convention from Friday to Sunday and all three of Strasburg's locomotives were fired up including 89, 90 and 475. Today #90 was doing the honor of pulling the normal hourly trains. #475 was sitting on display and the engineer was letting people in the cab for a cab tour. #89 was doing a two car passenger train for the convention. It was really cool seeing all three steam locomotives fired up at the same time. The LO&S (Lancaster Oxford and Southern) motor car No. 10 was running from the end of the line where the Choo Choo Barn was to the Red Caboose Motel. It was crazy how the LO&S motor car or #89 didn't interfere with the normal hourly passenger train that #90 was pulling. I met a fan of my work and here is a link to his channel here. ( / @keystonerailproductions ) We got a short cab ride from where #475 was to the water tower. It was really hot that day but it totally worth seeing the locomotives in the heat. Again this was a rare time to see all three of Strasburg's steam locomotives fire up but I did not want to waste this opportunity. It was such a wonderful afternoon and again its all thanks to the Strasburg Railroad!
Thank You for Watching!
