Hi, thank you both for letting me sit and listen to you and join with you for the evening. It’s been very relaxing, just listening do you talking about family life, homesteading and more. I really admire this family - and think you have brought your children up very well! Keep the videos coming please. And everyone must buy the coffee! Is the best coffee I have ever tasted! And I want some more!😊

We are Texas natives and we left the suburbs and bought land and started homesteading 10 years ago. Climate here has always been all over the place so that alone challenging. Failure is not an option. That’s how we went into this life challenge and it has payed off. Everyday there’s a challenge but the reward is in growing your knowledge and skill sets.

Hi TD and Faith. I’ve been subbed to ‘the boys’ channel since 2016 and watched pretty much all of Matt's video uploads. I remember the first videos including the ‘pallet desk’. You could say, I’m a long time subscriber who’s been on a virtual eight year journey with you guys; and how interesting it’s been. This ten year review was ‘easy listening’ being embellished with many ‘snippets’ of your relocation journey. Thanks for uploading. I wish you both, as well as Matt, James, Buddy and the three ‘young ones’ all that is best, for the future.

Wow! Your story is so genuine and inspiring. I kept saying to myself “These people get it”. I agree with all that was said and it will serve as motivation for me and my family to make necessary changes. Everything you said about the Northeast region is accurate. I’m in MA and it’s a completely different culture…the heaviness is palpable. I can say that as a comparison to when I attended a Christian university in Tulsa and stayed for a while after graduation before moving back home. And while things aren’t perfect there, there’s just a difference that is very noticeable when I go back and visit. My younger sister and her husband moved to a suburb north of Houston almost four years ago. They have connected with likeminded, freedom loving people of faith. All of that to say, your story, even with all of the ups and downs, is inspiring. Anyone who hears it knows that the good Lord directed your steps and you were both faithful to follow.

Sounds like you're pushing a huge influx of population growth in TX! Be careful what you wish for! I am a transplanted Texan, living in CO for 30yrs. There are wonderful farm communities here. Yes, CA politicians have taken hold of our state in the past 20yrs, but I still have hope we can overcome that with the Lords blessing. Lots of prayers!

There is a huge influx I don’t see how we are pushing for that and I’m just talking about legal citizens

I'm considering moving to Texas. I'm concerned about the political influence of the blue areas and the cities, but my sentiment toward cities exists primarily for blue cities. There's a delineation from how the American manifested destiny has been subverted since two world wars and a mass migration. I've been working on getting my certifications in data analytics to help more farms decentralize from subsidizing the degeneration that federalization has brought and support the parallel economy. America was supposed to alternative to the rest of what the world developed into a la feudalism, empirialism, aristocracies, and the like. While the elite has atomized the rest of the populace, the elite themselves have become more of community of their own.

Just moved to Texas from Kansas. So far so good, but it’s a little too Christian and straight for my taste. Could use some more gays and atheists.
