2) The first question to ask any financial adviser is, "Are you a fiduciary to me 100% of the time". Get the answer in writing
3) Please note that some people call themselves "fee-based". This is NOT the same as fee-only. Fee-only advisers have committed to being fiduciary to you 100% of the time.

Getting seed oils, preservatives, processed foods and sugar out of my diet has made me thirty years younger. My energy level has exploded, I'm as thin as I was in high school and my mind is as sharp as ever. It really is about what you put down your pie hole.

I've shifted my diet towards veggies, fruits, and protein and away from processed foods and carbohydrates. Also, eat only twice a day. And exercise and take walks in nature almost every day. I've lost 50 pounds and likewise feel 30 years younger, and much more satisfied with life.

Same. I feel better than I did 30 years ago. They have been lying to us all these years. Cheerios and margarine are bad. Eggs and butter are good. I wish I could go back and switch my diet.

"Just work one more year", 5 worst words there is as we get older. We all have a fixed expiration date, we just don't know when that date is. Each year you postpone retiring means one less year of retirement.

Great perspective Azul! This is a major reason I use the term "True Wealth" on my channel. This is a combination of finances, health and social connections/hobbies. There is a point when enough is enough with money and we need to start utilizing it as the tool it is.

Agree with you about health span. But, life span is not really going up either. Most people get a golden year, not golden years. I disagree with you about always being able to make more money. There isn’t a chance in hell I’m going to be starting some new job in my 80s or 90s to make a little more money!
