We interview so many female influencers and entrepreneurs. The advice that's get repeated over and over again is "Get comfortable being uncomfortable or don't do this." People think "when I get to this point I'll be happy." It's not true. You can make more money and then you hire people and now you are responsible for their income. Success will bring new problems so you have to love doing this and be willing to just bear the discomfort.

The questions and answers in this video have been the most clear version of Gary's messages, I've heard. "Quality of your members and your employee matters." Short term equals short term results. Build a source of income to build a source of income that you can be proud of. Then create a source of fun/lifestyle based on the previous income you're proud of

Gary, This is an excellent tactical conversation. One comment that I really loved and think has great potential for more of your focus. You said "The Quality of your customers matters. re: “people are planning their whole day around the picture” starting at 30:40 - people do plan around the picture, when really you need someone to answer your call to come close, slow down, get quiet, look at this-there needs to be space for an impact; things need to be able to matter! Maybe people are suffering from ‘matter fatigue’-too many things matter and they can’t discard; they can’t clear the deck-they can’t back to blank slate where things can matter again

Love the content as always....business owners - if you're in this room...ask important questions and listen to the responses. There are people asking questions about tactics (when should I post or how do I post this or that) versus asking questions about strategy and growing your business at scale. These videos are life changing to people watching at home...I can only imagine how amazing they would be if you're in a room with Gary!

Gunnplay I disagreed mildly. The first to feel the effects of the internet was book stores (Amazon) and brick and motor stores. More people are product smart and can shop around and the crooked sales people are getting flushed out. I was a cabbie in 02-03 and we did fine but 3 book store and 2 car lots closed because of product intelligence and rip off artists being flushed out.

Hey Gary, I’m a 20 year old entrepreneur. Im currently working on growing my business. I’ve known from the beginning that entrepreneurship can be a lonely career. I feel like it’s especially lonely for people in their 20s that are putting all their time and effort into their projects. At least for me I’ve lost all of my friends due to the fact that I was (and still am) always working whenever friends wanted to hang out or that I would be blunt and honest with them about their choices. I’ve tried surrounding myself with positive and goal driven people my age but I just find that type of people to be scarce. I’m just wondering how you recommend dealing with entrepreneurship loneliness and depression for someone in their 20s and at any age in general

What would happen if we all stopped focusing on our individual problems and AT THIS moment ALL came together as a species in agreement to use our resources in order to provide the minimal while still comfortable life for every individal while THE BEST PEOPLE IN THE WORLD work on what THE MAJORITY OF THE SPECIES determines to be important. Plus, while that's happening everybody can be useful where they are capable and hopefully where they prefer. We could educate people and establish common rights finally seeing everyone as equal, starting from a new page at that moment in time, all dedicated to the best outcome, not allowing our past to redefine our future. WE COULD LITERALLY CREATE ANTHING THAT IS DEEMED UNIVERSALLY BENEFICIAL!!🙏♾
