Interesting you hot a flare after lighting with no char bed.....that would make me assume tar is being made as there is no extreme heat to Crack the tars like my woodgas trucks do. Either way glad you let the system warm up so you didn't glue the valves in that engine

Yeah sure this thing produce tar like crazy with the startup,I still prefer the imbert Wood gasifier, it works way better for power generation 😂 whitout the glue en stuff ofcorce

@@oscarverwey why not give it a initial load of charcoal to fire on in the warm up stage, this immediately helps torrify the wood above. If you look back in my videos you can see my trucks have a large pre charge of charcoal and I don't think I could make tar if I wanted to like this
