Stratovarius music in Dragon Ball Z Budokai ?!

Something my friend discovered a few years back in a fighting game called "Dragon Ball Z Budokai". He had a video presenting how similar the music between certain tracks of Budokai and Stratovarius. The tracks you will see in the video share the same cord patterns that within' the game, to the music of Stratovarius.
Songs such as:
Hunting high and low
Glory to the world
Infinity
Sadly, this isn't the original video my friend made, but a really crappy version of it (didn't bother getting to deep into it).

Retro_b0ss97 Infinite is a fantastic record from the Timo Tolkki era (the old composer for the band) if you like their stuff, I recommend the Elements Pt. 1 album and for the Post-Tolkki era, everything from the Elysium record is fantastic. The latest record, Eternal is great. The Elysium track itself is an 18 minute epic.

I loved the music of the original Budokai games, but it was wrong for Yamamoto to steal other peoples work. Some of the music in the HD Collection worked, but others just didn't. It may be a bit of a stretch, but I think the guys who made the HD revamp should have made new music that didn't plagiarize other peoples work, but captured the essence of the original soundtrack.

*This is THE video that peeked my interest in the whole Plagerism controversy.* Before watching this video, when I played Budokai 2 on my, now crisped, PS2 back in the mid-2000s, I really loved the soundtrack and the American voice acting(greetings from Sweden) At first, I thought this video was fake, or a bashing video. And after watching the whole video, I was all like "oh... that's nice, he's paying a tribute to his favorite band... that I never heard of(even though Finland has been Sweden's neighbour for a while) And then, around 2012 or 2013, I found out through didyouknowgaming, that the composer got fired in 2011 for plagerism O.O

Said that to myself, when I listened to the soundtrack in Budokai, I said "This sounds good." I love to listen to soundtracks during gameplay. Its funny how I said "This composer put a lot of thought into this soundtrack" because I didn't think DBZ B would have a serious soundtrack, (learning from the show) now I learn it's plagiarism. the saddest part about this is that we no longer have these tracks in the game... they were awesome to listen to while playing because they were (so unfortunately) copied directly from awesome tracks... if only we could have gotten a "oh crap, well you caught me so here's back-paid royalties from all those copies of PS2 games sold" solution to keep the games and the music we've grown to know intact!

Actually, in Budokai 3, some of their songs are still there, and its the same with Burst Limit i think. Only song I remember being by Stratovarius and still in Budokai 3 is the song Infinity.

First of all, Stratovarius is a band, not a guy. Second, a two second keyboard loop isn't plagiarizm. And it isn't copying either, because that's not how songwriting works. Third, it's not just one song of the Budokai Soundtrack, but the entire Budokai Soundtrack AND some songs on Dragonball Z Kai. Fourth, it doesn't change the fact that the guy plagiarized. You know, I actually brought this to one of the band member's attention myself... in fact, if you go back far enough, you can probably find his comment. He had no idea about it, so the Budokai composer did rip off Stratovarius (Nothing against the games, though, I love them). In fact it was said that it was more than close enough to fall under plagiarism, but the band was going through too much legal business as it was to bother with it.
