It´s crazy how they have a heavy and modern sound as regards guitars and drums but his voice still have the classical power metal vibe. That´s what I call contrast. IMHO, I think they could have found a different theme to talk about. The whole "only the strong will survive" thing is a cliché at this point. However, it´s great to have these legendary bands releasing new material in these times.

I do agree that the theme is a tad run of the mill and overdone. We've all heard it a million times. However, the song is so darn good it doesn't bother me too much. Yea, that dynamic between the more modern style music but classic vocals/melody is gnarly. Stratovarius just continues to prove they are still masters of the genre! Can't wait for the new album!!!

Oh, it's been so long since I heard from Stratovarius! They just keep making great music and I'm excited for the new album now! And yes, 2022 will be the Power-Metal-Year!

2022 is the new year for power metal and I think it’s gonna keep going even after 2022! And when I heard something that there was gonna be a new album from Stratovarius and that they were gonna have a music video, I almost fell out of my chair lol. Great reactions too and rock on the power metal! 🤘🏻🤘🏻 (And P.S. Stratovarius is my all time favorite power metal band, I mean they were the first for me.)

They are definitely one of my favorites of all time too! They were one of the first power metal bands I listened to as well. Yea, this year is wild! So much great power metal!!!

try some Frontiers stuff like Ferrymen, SheWolf, New Horizon and such, they really spit out tons of great stuff and not only this year :)
