Hi so I was wondering if I wanted to add strawberry vodka in these for a party how and where do you think I could do that? I was thinking of soaking the strawberries that go on top and then maybe just using the pipettes and doing it that way. Any ideas? Your brilliant btw. Lovely recipe.

replace vanilla essence with vodka

When I got to the step where I had to put in the egg whites my mixture curdled I tried doing it again while slowly adding in the egg whites but my mixture again curdled and the creamed butter/sugar mixture separated and there was a puddle of vanilla extract mixed with water in the bowl

Were the eggs room temperature?

@@Kelzxzzx they came directly out the freezer guess something as small as that can mess up a recipe. Interesting thank you I’ll redo the recipe again
