Hello Helen, society garlic is a clumping grower. You can plant them in bunches of 4 or 5 and they will grow more just like lemongrass. Love your garden! Have a fantastic day

Around 29:15 that looked like leaf miner on what looked like your squash in the grow tower. The little black flys you see hanging around the leaves cause that.

We have a store here called the Garden center. SO its only for plants. We have them all over Houston. You just never know what you will find there. check your local nursery stores or local farms. I just found out we have a farm that sells plants too
