Strawberry Cake
1 box white Cake mix
4 eggs
1 cup oil
1/2 cup milk
3oz box strawberry jello
1 cup sliced sweetened strawberries
mix all ingredients and bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes
Icing
1 pound powdered sugar
1 stick softened butter
1/2 cup sliced sweetened strawberries

I used to make something similar, I used a butter cake mix and baked according to instructions, once done I poked holes in it and poured strawberry Jello, covered and refrigerated for 4 hours then made cream cheese icing with strawberries and the juice.

I make a very similar strawberry cake & it's a tradition at our house too (the recipe that I got from my mom had water rather than milk & less oil & a few other added ingredients, but it's still very similar). My mom used to always make it for me for my birthdays and I have a son who loves strawberry, so I always make him the strawberry cake for his birthday too.

This looks fantastic! I’m going to make this! For Resurrection Sunday I always make a cake in the cross shaped pan. Sometimes I make a chocolate cake with chocolate frosting and run the fork tines through it to resemble wood. It is very rustic looking. Sometimes I make a white cake and decorate it with spring flowers; sometimes I just write Christ Arose on it. I write the CHRIST across and AROSE down using the same r in Christ. ( does that make sense?). This year I made a coconut cake with a very simple recipe I found on a can of cream of coconut. You save two tablespoons of the coconut cream for the powered sugar/cream cheese frosting. Then you take one white cake mix, three eggs, and the rest of the can of cream of coconut and beat it for three minutes and bake at 350 for about 25 minutes. After i made the frosting and iced the cake, I slathered it with lots of sweetened coconut. It was so delicious! 💕

Very delicious springtime cake. My Mom made a very similar cake when we had a family dinner on Mother's Day. The only difference instead of a white cake mix, she used a Strawberry Cake Mix for it.

I had a former co-worker who made the most delicious strawberry 3-tier layered cake; that she said was her grandmother's recipe. The icing had a package of those frozen strawberries that (when I was younger) came in a little square metal can from the frozen section. I don't know if they even come this way anymore. I have several of those kitchen towel scarves; I bought them after I saw Tammy at Collard Valley Cooks wear one. The cake looks scrumptious!! Keep on cooking 😋😍

My daughter's and 2 of my grandson's favorite cake is strawberry cake. I always have to naked them one when ever we have a family get together, Christmas, Thanksgiving and on their birthdays, so needless to day I'm making one quite often. Please pray for me and my children this passover. I’m ready to give up. But my faith in Jesus won’t let me. I lost my job as a social worker because I declined the vaccine. I declined due to my pre existing health condition (Lupus) and heart disease. I’m on a bunch of medications including blood thinners. I was denied my medical/religious exemption from Forsyth hospital. Since losing my job I’ve been struggling to make ends meet. I’m a single mother with two young autistic children. This month I’m facing homelessness. We have nowhere to go. Struggling daily to provide groceries. I’m so ashamed and embarrassed over my situation. I am so overwhelmed, it’s so hard on me. I am all alone no family nor friends to help me durning this time. Please keep me and my children in your prayers this easter. Even though I’m facing homelessness I still have FAITH God will provide!!!
