strawberry cake FRAISIER ! Strawberry cake melts in your mouth! Marzipan recipe!
In this video, I prepare the famous French STRAWBERRY Frezier cake with lots of strawberries and the most delicate MOUSSELINE cream!
INGREDIENTS for 2 x cakes with a diameter of 20 cm:
2 medium-sized eggs
pinch of salt
8 grams of vanilla sugar
100 g of sugar
50 ml of milk (room temperature)
50 g of odorless vegetable oil
125 g flour
6 g baking powder
the cake is baked for about 15 minutes at a temperature of 175 degrees Celsius top bottom mode without convection at medium level until ready and check with a wooden stick so that it comes out of the sponge cake dry and clean

100 ml of milk (3.5% FAT CONTENT)
5 yolks
125 g sugar
35 g corn starch
300 ml of milk 3.5% FAT CONTENT
1 teaspoon vanilla paste and lemon vanilla extract
200 g butter
INGREDIENTS for 1.5 servings of cream *as I have in the video) - suitable for filling 1 cake 20 cm in diameter) with a large layer of cream
150 ml of milk (3.5% FAT CONTENT)
8 yolks
190 g of sugar
53 g corn starch
450 ml of milk 3.5% FAT CONTENT
1.5 teaspoons vanilla paste and lemon vanilla extract
300 g butter
500 grams of strawberries
for the marzipan layer
100 g almond flour
100 g powdered sugar
a few drops of bitter almond extract
10-15 ml of water
dye optional
instead of a marzipan layer, you can make a layer of confit from strawberries, just a berry layer.
