I watched the video last week and this looked so good! I made it yesterday and it is delicious. I did make a few minor tweaks. I love a burst of lemon, so I used lemon Oreos instead of vanilla. And, for just a touch more of lemon goodness, I made a thick lemon syrup (lemon juice, sugar, water, cornstarch) and spooned next to the strawberries before swirling. This is such a fantastic summertime treat!!! Thanks for sharing your recipe. 😊
