Today's recipe is for strawberry mille crepes that can be made without an oven.
How about this for a Christmas cake :)?
▷Ingredients (15 cm)
■Crepe
35 g unsalted butter
2 whole eggs
35 g sugar
75 g cake flour
6g strawberry powder
250ml milk
■Cream
400ml heavy cream
40g sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
5 g strawberry powder
1 pack of strawberries
▷How to make
1. Add melted unsalted butter, sugar, cake flour, and strawberry powder to the whole egg mixture and mix well.
2. Add milk to ① and mix. Strain the mixture so that no lumps remain in the dough, and refrigerate for 1 hour or until chilled.
3. Mix mille crepe dough to make it uniform. Heat a frying pan, lightly oil it, roll out the dough and bake it on both sides. 12 pieces can be baked.
4. Cut the baked dough into 15 cm dia. pieces.
5. Add the sugar and vanilla extract to the cream and whip to a stiff consistency for easy application while chilling in ice water.
6. Wash the strawberries, remove the underarms, and slice them into 5 mm thick slices.
7. Spread 25g of whipped cream on the mille crepe, then add 3 layers. Put the sliced strawberries on top, cover with whipped cream, and then add three layers of crepe and whipped cream.
8. Add the strawberry powder to the extra whipped cream and mix.
9. Decorate with strawberries and strawberry cream from (8) and serve.
