What did you think about this short road trip from Daniels Summit to Strawberry Reservoir in Utah, USA?

From what I've read online it is called Strawberry Reservoir because there used to be wild strawberries found in the area in 1855 during the times of the early settlers. Funny enough, one group of the early settlers were called Mr and Mrs Straw.

Does the higher elevation make physical activities more difficult?

Only if you are not used to it and in that case you would be out of breath fast.
