I find it artistically compelling that Cherry is the first one to not only die, but brutally so. The red of her blood is then darkly fitting on her design, since it matches the deep crimson cherries usually are irl Also love that the body horror was more of a slow burn rather than immediate reveal, so its anticipation was built up!

This is really interesting! The fact that the characters are based off of their designs from the 80's and 90's makes me wonder if this is basically pastel cottagecore mixed with body horror. This could be a really good idea for a Strawberry Shortcake analog horror series. I can't wait for the next update!
