OMG....I thought I had imagined this show! I had actually called my local PBS station to see if they had any old clips, but the lady there pretty much told me there was no record that this show ever existed.

I watched this in school along with reading rainbow, reverse the curse, and others. It was a simpler time back when we were are smaller and not have to worry about jobs, rent, the spit up stain on your shirt, etc.

it is almost as if the producers are a shamed of it, to be honest, the show has very little educational value

Dang, I used to watch this in kindergarten back around '87 or '88. I didn't think this would be on the internet, to be honest. Also, I forget they could sing. Surprise!

MIKECNW no that's Jonathon Wayne Wilson. I worked with him at the University TV station in Omaha. He did local theater and was the star of Strawberry Square. It was recorded at NETV in Lincoln, Nebraska.

I worked at a Sam's Club in Omaha, Ne: the actors who played Jan, Shannon & Joey came in together looking for help with their club membership. Well, all 3 of these people(who were now grown adults) began acting lewd, loud and obnoxious. They kept talking about needing a cigarette or they were going to die, they acted like they were a little tipsy and they were grabbing or even grouping one another like they were intimately TOGETHER ! I could not believe these guys were the same people from the show, their behavior was appalling & perverse.

I'll take "This story is bullshit and it never really happened" for $500, Alex.
@jrfury26592 жыл бұрын
I don't believe these actors are related in real life, so I can't see such behavior being perverse.
@RP7520002 жыл бұрын
@@stormwulf117 it would have happened in 2001 or 2000, and I guess I may have been a little uptight on the perverse comment, for all I know they just got out of bar at 11 in the morning. I do remember they were as rowdy as a bunch of Frat boys.
