I thought it might be heart disease. I've seen a veterinarian youtube where a dog had something with his heart that WOULD cause the fluid buildup if they didn't take care soon. Wow. I hope they are able to help this dog. I'm so happy to know it will get loving care from now on 😍🤞🙏
