Evo why are we even arguing about it. If it is about the livelihood of human beings and dog i say unalive all the puppies. No more street dogs. So enna cross contamination mattum than inga prechanaiya...is it alright to get bitten by these dogs regularly even if there is no risk of cross-contamination?. On top of unaliving all street dogs that cannot be contained, i say we should also put some strong regulation on people who are keeping them as pets. Such as strict maximum length of chain when bringing their dogs outside, should not travel in public transport with their dogs, dogs should be on leash even if said dogs within the perimeter of their private property unless until they are housed inside their building.

It may be selfish to think as safety.. But what about people who wanna cross my road to other areas. Those so called soft dogs would pounce on vehicles causing them to fall.
