I want to explain a little about heros soup since I haven't seen anyone really talking about it. This is what I've learned from reading around. Haejanguk refers to hangover soup that people use the morning after because the spice is supposed to sober you up so you can go about your day. Korea has a really pervasive drinking culture, with societal expectations for employees to agree to dinner parties and drinking nights if they want to maintain good relations with their bosses and improve their career prospects. The meaning behind the song then is that the child's father is probably run a bit ragard from this culture and having the hangover soup so much, but the kid doesn't understand what the soup means until he grows older and appreciates his father's hard work and sacrifice. I love this song so much because of the message.

not sure if you noticed, but one of the reasons i love 0325 so dearly (lyrics aside) is the way they incorporated the previous album intros into the song. for example at 45:37 they used WHO? (25:45 for reference) it's such a small but meaningful detail !

Listening to 3rd eye is definitely a trip and really unique for them to do at that time. They had performances for voices, insomnia, awkward silence, my side, and get cool on their channel if you ever get a chance to watch those in your own time. But I highly recommend you watch 'I am you' ballad verison from their Japan Showcase 2019. It's beautiful.

Ommgg yayy the b-sidess Fun fact about the instrumental break during 3rd eye: Channie and binnie were working on demo for 3rd eye at the dorm and apparently chan said "hey lets fight" and both started yelling at each other in the morning and that distorted effect at 18:51 is them fighting in the morning. LeeKnow apparently heard them while he was going to the bathroom and was really concerned he thought they were actually fighting by how loudly they were yelling lmaoooo xD

Loved watching these early songs with you. It just hit me when someone else reacted to I am You the other day that these early songs are filled with such raw lyrics, so relatable for trying to find yourself as you grow up. I really loved that and I still relate though I am seriously way older than most fans! Not saying I don't love their new songs but they are definitely in a different part of their journey right now. YESSSSS THIS VIDEO ❤ These are some of the songs I love the most and also some I was curious of your reaction to them, especially 3rd Eye cause it's such a unique sounding song. Fun fact abour 3rd Eye: many stays answer with this song when asked "what's objectively(so taking into consideration lyrics, composition, production, execution in the most objective way possible) stray kids' best song?". Even to this day, even after so many albums. Yeah skz were sick for releasing this in their debut ep. Now I'm very curious of your reaction to Maze of Memories ooooh I have a suggestion: in your own time, at least once, I suggest you to listen to each skz album from start to finish cause listening to it that way is an important experience, I think listening to an album that way gives you a lot also because you can see the vision of the artist better imho These EPs are all so amazing, I feel like lyrics wise I Am Not is the most cohesive tho, probably the most cohesive in their discography theme wise, they had a message, a theme, and embraced it totally. Hey I'm just curious but are you guys planning to react to the dance pratices/performance videos from the "I am..." eras too? They're sooo good honestly (some of my personal favorites being miroh, side effects ((the performance video ver.)), awkward silence, and especially levanter is so cool/beautiful).
