Would they dare sue JYPE? 10 years ago without a doubt , don't know about present times. It would be such a bad publicity move that all the money they'd get wouldn't cover for it. Either way , whether they knew or not it's a win win for Marvel since they're getting extra worldwide promotion through this cameo. I wouldn't even be surprised if Marvel even paid JYPE for this , or at least cover Hugh and Ryan extra fee for this cameo. So many things are possible but , whatever happened , lawsuits are out of the question.
