jaem/jaemi means fun in korean so they basically wordplay-ing that with jam and mainly talk about having fun. also it reminds me of their song “ssick”, so many wordplay in these songs with insane productions

In the intro to the album it was either IN or seungmin (can’t remember at the moment) who said 3Racha basically but everything into JJAM that they couldn’t in chk chk boom 😂 Also IN said it is very Stray Kids maybe even a bit much Stray Kids lol Love the song though

Each of the "Rachas" got a section in the second "verse;" singers, then dancers, then rappers with chan bringing the chorus back around. Everyone is really excited to see what the live performance looks like, because you know it's gonna go crazy! Thanks for reacting! This is one of Stay's favs from the album based on other reactions and comments I've seen

Yessss!!! I knew you would love it! It's so insane and chaotic but somehow still cohesive and fun. You saying listening to this song is like looking at the matrix code made perfect sense in my head. 😂 Few things about the lyrics/word play I noticed. The song includes jam as in a good song/rocking out to music; jam as in jelly to eat; and jaemi as in korean meaning fun. Chan talks about the members and most likely including Stay spending time together and filling up the jar then spreading it out. So, their experiences of having fun together with the members and Stay gives them the inspiration to make more music and give amazing performances. Which I thought was a really cool lyric. The fact that Lee Know says peanut butter jelly time brings back old timey internet meme memories for me of the dancing banana. Seungmin was right when he said it feels like getting hit in the back of the head listening to this song. It's shock and awe on first listen. Then it becomes more and more of a bop to (in my case awkwardly) dance to. I played it loud in my car today and it was such a blast. I.N was also right saying it's a little too much pure SKZ energy but I absolutely love it!! The song where Binnie, Hyunjin, Felix, and Han go back and forth is S-Class. Changbin said he was really excited to do that section on JJAM with exchanging a few words back and forth like they did.

Love that one of the first things you thought of was "this sounds like The Tortoise and the Hare". JJAM is that, 2024 version. I hope you've seen the MV and some live performance since this reaction! It's a song that needs the visuals to be understood completely, but you're on one of the right tracks (there are many 😅) with the "this is like a jam session". You need the visuals for DANCERACHA's dance break, that doesn't really make sense when only listening if you don't know that bit. You still vibed to the song, so I guess that goal was achieved 😊 I like it very much, but then again "The Tortoise and the Hare" is one of my all time favourites. By the way, another channel I follow noted that almost none (or none, I don't remember exactly) of the ATE songs have outros (you've probably noticed too, I'm just saying because you were surprised in this one with the lack of 😅).
