The theory is that the dead child basically represents Hyunjin being on hiatus at that time. The statue has Hyunjin's ring on a chain around its' neck. The storyline is how much they miss him and how far they're willing to go to get him back. 😭

That’s not the storyline behind it , that was fabricated by stays. It’s about saving children from violence, poverty, abuse ect as a few of the members donate to Save the Children fund. The necklace does belong to Hyunjin though.

In your own time, you should also watch the aired version of this (the same title, but with (EN/JP) at the beginning instead of (풀버전)); this version also features the reactions of the other contestants backstage... And as Edina said, they didn't kill the child... far from it; _they fought a war with Heaven to bring him back._ The epic threesome with Changbin, Han and Seungmin is _indeed_ epic, but a shoutout also needs to be given to I.N, who finished that section, and the song, immaculately. There's actually a bit in that "eobsseo" before the final "Baby, I just pray", where his voice cracks a little bit; in the broadcast show, he actually started crying after they'd finished because he was absolutely devastated, thinking he'd let them down. In reality, I think hardly anyone but them realised it wasn't intentional; it added so beautifully to the desperation of the performance...

Just popping in to point out its Chan with the beautiful high note at around 5:04. because to this day many stays don't know that. 😊 You can see him behind I.N. but ppl still miss him or assume it isn't live, but it has been proven to be.

YES!! Exactly!! Thank you for pointing it out because that part is either underrated or people think it's not Chan singing it. That high note adds such a new dimension to the song and really elevates it to a whole new level gah!! Our Channie is so talented 😭

It’s took that place bc of jeongins voice crack at the end when he was singing with Chan (I’m pretty sure)(I didn’t know at first I thought it was emotion but I think it was that because that’s what people were saying)

Yeah that was a hot mess but knowing Mnet they needed the drama because innies voice crack was not that bad for 5th placing. SKZ was doing to good in the rankings. They needed the uproar.

It’s basically my life motto that we ALWAYS watch Felix again!! 🤣💙 The way I screamed yes at my phone! I LOVE their performances on kingdom, this one is my second favorite of theirs and actually caused them to drop drastically in the scoring if that tells you anything about the level of their performances! Also, Stray Kids have behind the scenes episodes for EVERY kingdom performance of theirs with them preparing and practicing and everything and I would LOVE for you to react to them if you’re interested!!!!

They didn't kill the poor kid 😭😭

In the show after this performance I.N. started crying and i swear it broke my heart. He was upset because he couldn't hit a high note at the end and thought that he ruined the entire performance and with the score they got at the end it probably made him feel even worse (whoever judged that stage was definitely bias because stray kids was one of the best) like just seeing I.N. whos typically smiling and the happiest person break down and cry over something that i think made the entire song more emotional just broke my heart.
