Stray Kids covering the topic of time with two great songs, "19" and "Chronosaurus." It kinda just hit me now, but I think the name "Chronosaurus" was supposed to imply their time getting eaten, correct? Wow. Can't believe I shot the video and just thought of that. 19 is more about being anxious for being a legal adult and hitting your 20's where you cant hide behind being a teenager anymore

I guess it also might depend on the country or culture? At first I was like "Why 19?" then I thought about Canada, but I guess leaving your teens is generally a mark for entering adulthood across most cultures which would make sense.

I love their discography as it takes us on their journey through their teens and early idol years right up to the now day, covers all their struggles and joy. I think in the song they have been working hard for so long and still fighting for recognition and afraid they won’t make it. Time has to be the only solution.

Time will do what it will whether you are ready or not. 19 is facing more responsibility as time passes and also fond memories of the past. Chronosaurus is the way time messes with you ‘be patient and wait’ or ‘hurry up and do something’.

My take from Chronosaurus is that it is about all the different ways Time pressures us. ' 1. It moves in slo motion when we are anticipating something 2. It moves at light speed when we are dreading something 3. There's never enough of it when we have a lot of things we are trying to accomplish 4. And there's always too much of it when we are stuck/waiting for the next step. I think they liken it to a monster that can consume us (with anxiety) unless we take control of it and stay committed to moving at own pace - a common theme for them. The push and pull of the song is well demonstrated in the m/v.. [I may be misremembering this, but I am sure the sitting down was intentional, and might have been to refer to the idea of sitting in a train/transport -- when you aren't propelling yourself at all, but are in fact moving on to the end of the journey..] I love Chronosaurus (and it isn't only because of Chan's haunting falsetto)....

Chronosaurus would be my favorite. So much symbolism, every single detail is on point. The untied shoes...the keys...the clocks--everything that's important to them. Clocks are always DATES.

I was literally thinking about that song and video then other day. I loooove how they're just sitting there. It almost bothers me, but to me that's one of the biggest hooks. I never thought them staying still would make me pay so much attention.

Chronosaurus is a masterpiece, so underrated! 19 is very good at showing how everyone battles becoming an adult, idolizing the "irresponsible" time of youth and dreading the responsibilities that comes with adulthood. Chronosaurus, well, I saw a Stay comment already about interpretations, but you noticed yourself how frustrated you got by them singing about being in a rush while sitting down. Exactly that frustration, that dicotomy between feeling rushed and do nothing - unclear why - that's so well illustrated! Chronos is the God of time and Saurus is dinosaur, together it becomes extinct time, but without time there's nothing. Right?

I’m way past 19 but still feel the feels of this song. Chronosaurus is so timeless and relatable no matter what age. I love the contrast of them singing about the urgency to run but instead they remain seated as they sing. I know every time I watch this, I feel anxious for them to be running as they sing. Given their culture of age as rank/status, I can see why 19 holds such meaning to them. I can def relate to the sentiment of the song, looking back to me at that age. "Chronosaurus" is such a great song, easily in my top 10. It's somehow eerie and almost anxiety inducing, but (for me at least) that's often how I look at time as a whole.

Hello. Thank you for another video about the boys. They were Kids when first met and now superb men. Time goes by for everyone...so they grew up like friends and family, each of them with amaizing personalities. Hope they remain young souls forever. STAY healthy enjoying life ,as it is !
