Yeah, It’s confirmed that Miroh is based on Haka.

They incorporate their input and ideas but they work with a choreography team at JYP. Just like Miroh for example, Chan emphasized how he wanted to incorporate the haka in the choreography so they actually had a New Zealand choreographer co-choreograph and teach them the traditional haka. The concept of Clé 2: Miroh album is warrior like, taking over (as you’ve seen in the Miroh mv with them taking over the podium/stage), then there’s songs like Boxer and Victory Song on that album so that’s why I feel like their idea of using haka in their choreography really emphasizes the story and theme they wanted to portray in that album. My favorite skz song is actually in the Clé 2: Miroh album, it’s called 19. Which Han wrote. He wrote about his fears from transitioning from 19 to 20 and wanting to go back to simpler times. It’s so creatively amazing how they had that as the last track in this album and then the next album/title track is the struggle and aftermath of young adulthood. The order in their song choices in their album really tell a story. And it’s just brilliant.

Chan said growing up in sydney he had a lot of friends from nz, particularly maori friends as there's a lot of kiwis in sydney where he's from - that's how the dance moves were based on maori culture.

Right now my favorite song by them is Phobia from Go Live. I like this song because what I get from it is that it has something to do with social anxiety which I can relate to a lot. Wanting to get close to someone but being scared that they don't want the same. Phobia and Voices are the songs I relate to the most. They don't fully choreograph their dances but they do contribute to it. Especially the dance line (Minho, Hyunjin, Felix).

Levanter is my absolute favourite song from them as a group with Side Effects being a close second. I really relate to the lyrics and messages of both songs in a way music has never done for me before, so they stand out far from the rest even though I love all of their music. Changbin's song Streetlight is also one of my favourites, for the same reason. Outside of those I'd say Awkward Silence, On Track, 3rd Eye, Maze of Memories, Question, Blueprint, and TA! As for the choreo, they do have choreographers but the dance line (Minho, Hyunjin, and Felix!) work *with* them to create the performances, rather than the choreographers doing it all for them. They come up with concepts or certain moves to fit the song and the choreographers help them expand it into the full performance.

Favourite song... It's a nigh-impossible question, and it really depends on what mood I'm in. But I'm gonna go with Awaken, from their debut EP. Partially because it's a massively under-played track (it doesn't have an performance video), and also because it was an incredible buzz when they _actually_ did it live in London last July. Apparently it's not one they do often, so I was utterly chuffed to be there when they did. And it's basically their most metal song so far. Miroh _is_ based on the haka, but while it is famously used by the New Zealand rugby team, the All-Blacks, its _origin_ is with Maori warriors.

Me too, though Miroh is a close second. I love Blueprint so much, it just speaks to me, and Seungmin's vocals are top notch on that track. For Miroh it's the Haka dance (Traditional Maori) they do and the Congo chant. I absolutely love that they take the inspiration for their songs from all around the world.

The song has this creepy vibe and I love it so much Pacemaker - again, the base and rhythm Grr - I just like those grunge rock type of songs My favourite choreography is for Side Effects. Felix teaching it on Pops in Seoul made me appreciate it so much more

my favorite stray kids song is probably "Grow Up" because as someone who has a chronic illness the lyrics about going your own pace not giving up and doing your best even though it's hard and you make mistakes are really encouraging and comforting to me

I love several of their songs, I can't choose a favorite, but I will recommend one that I appreciate a lot but I almost never see a Stay recommending, which is 3rd eye. I listen to this music with headphones and it just becomes perfect to my taste, the lyrics remind me of a part of my life in which I wanted to open or have a "3rd eye", but I believe that several Stays also recommended wonderful songs, I have a lot proud of the boys work, the songs are amazing.
