it’s awesome that you guys like the song because the boys actually took a risk with it. previously they already had an entirely different track prepared for their comeback but at the time the producers in the group (bang chan, changbin, and HAN; they’re called 3racha) had finished producing ‘gods menu’ and went to ask the members opinions on it. well, the other members in stray kids liked it sooooo much that they begged them to go the the head of the company (jyp) and ask him to let them release this track (gods menu) instead of the already finalized song they had. luckily jyp let them proceed with that plan and this became the first time in history where they let a group change their title track. so it shows how much faith they have in stray kids seeing as they’re not even a 3 year old group yet. it’s nice to see how many people liked it since Stray Kids worked hard in composing, arranging, and writing this song themselves. they also were the ones that came up with the “cooking” concept because making a song can be compared to cooking a meal.
