Yes, this is their first group collab with a female vocalist. They've had so individuals things (Chris + Tzuyu, Felix + Nayeon) and plenty of live-stage collabs with one or more members (the Mucore boys with their female co-hosts, HyunSungLix + JYP Nation, etc). But this is the first ot8 original song. Like Seungmin, I.N has always had lovely mid and lower ranges. It's just that neither of them usually gets to use those areas of their voices. Being kpop, especially in a group that has Felix, Changbin, and Han -- who all have distinctive lower registers (even Chris and Hyunjin can do it well) -- 3RACHA uses both members of Vocalracha almost entirely for the higher stuff, acknowledging the common kpop fixation on tenors and kpop's silly belief that he who goes highest has the best voice.
