Hi...You may follow below suggestions for conset....... कलचप्लेट का तो अनुमन 20 से 30 हजार किलोमीटर पर काम करवाना ही पड़ता है ये कोई प्रॉब्लम नही है ।।👍🏻👍🏻 हैन्डल में प्रॉब्लम आती है "BS-3" में क्योंकि "कोनसेट" में प्रेसर से धुलाई होते वक्त पानी चला जाता था और ग्रीस निकल जाने के कारण कोन सेट में जग लग जाता था और जग के कारण हेंडल घूमने में दिक्कत करता था इसका एक समाधान है कि खराध वाले के पास जाओ और दोनों कोन सेट के बीच मे छेद करवा कर ग्रीस निपल लगवा लो और उसे ग्रीस से फूल भरवा दो फिर लगभग 40 हजार किलोमीटर तक कोई प्रॉब्लम नही आएगी , अब नई "BS-4" में कोन सेट के बाहर रबड़ सील दे दी है जिससे अभी ऐसी प्रॉब्लम नही आती या अभी तक मुझे ऐसी प्रॉब्लम नही आई ।।

Change the cone bearings with imported set of bearings, refer "itchy boots" series. She also had the same problem whith her basanti.

Figure out what is the bearing for the royal enfields and try to get some from all balls bearings or from SKF. To give you an idea i have ridden over 100 000 km in my bike. It’s total mileage is 210 000 and the cone bearings have never been changed. Do some research. It will keep your bike in good order. Also do the same for the clutch and try to get Yamaha or Honda japan clutch plates of the similar size and dimensions ..

For cone set dont use the bottom dust seal, use only the above one n ur cone set issue should be resolved. Tried n tested inany himalayans its the best solution. But remember only the bottom dust seal needs to be removed not the top one.🤘🏻 god speed ride safe guys.

Nice video. The steering cone problem in RE Himalayan is a design engineering issue. RE should address that ASAP and come out with a version of Himalayan with the steering cone re-designed/re-engineered. You, as owners, should write to RE complaining about this.

Chalo thik hain bike breakdown hone ke sath sath humko ve startup brake mil gaya, but mun ke cholo ki after warranty RE Himalayan ka maintenance cost bhut honewala hai and this is true for all models. Take care.

Royal Enfield and Reliability are old enemies. There is an old saying that I heard of, "A mechanic will be one of the best friends of a RE owner". I liked riding RE but never tempted to own one or tour on one for obvious reason. In sub 4-5 lacs there is nothing close to a well rounded adventure bike available in India, RE is unfortunately the No. 1 option in this segment in india. Strongly feel that they need to loose some serious weight ~40-50 kg.

Can you show me the special permit for Hanle stamp because last year when I had visited Loma checkpost security personnel told that you had not stamped with Hanle so you can't go there. Infact I had permit for Loma sub division
