Do you realize that the way you phrase that implies that you're some kind of superior person? These wonderful Ukrainian women are covering for the abandonment by families of their pets. They do not need to be criticized even if it's mild and semi-hidden. What they do need is support, either Financial or psychological or both. Giving them negative comments is the opposite of support. I've made this kind of post on this channel before but I suppose very few people see such things so I'm having to say this again and I'm going to have to keep saying it every time I see it. Sorry to be a pain but the dogs are in much more pain.

I carry a bag of cat food and dog food, as well as water, in my car to feed any strays that I come across since they simply cannot survive on their own and, unfortunately, I don't have the space at my home for all of them. It's a sad situation but by providing basic food and water helps the strays from struggling so much. Sometimes I provide a little house (cat house or dog house) for shelter, esp in the winter.

I hate what people do to animals who are domesticated and require people to care for them. Some people aren't worthy of a pet while others take on the care of those pets who are abandoned. My mother was that way and taught us to be the same. I LOVE ANIMALS.
