Please teach us how you did the “prepare to launch” option! How do you program the button to launch certain apps and in certain displays?

I want to control my iPad with stream deck. Use stream deck to open apps in my iPad. And to select tools in those apps. Would be awesome for whe I use photoshop in my ipad
