10:27 I've never seen that bug happen in a land vehicle before. Usually it happens when you're driving a boat and you use speed boosting mods/glitches to go over the boat's maximum speed and then the screen goes mental like that. Only works in vanilla singleplayer and SAMP, not in MTA.
