Ontop of this, they continued to antagonize the two and used pepper spray on them. When the two tried to leave the confrontation, they followed them and continued to antagonize. Apparently, before this, they were following the couple for over 30 minutes. They were fully aware of what would happen and they wanted that reaction. They even laughed about it and said "pretend you Don't know what's going on" when the police arrived

There was a fire alarm going off cuz some one pulled a flase alarm or something, and the whole strip was going off and playing an intercom message that it wasn't an emergency it was a false alarm. It's called "brandishing a weapon". Basically showing it, not in a holster but in your hand. Even if you have zero intention of using it, just the fact you show your weapon without probably cause/fear for your life you can get years in prison.
