Actually a bit insane how hard it likely was to get even half decent clips for the Hwei segment. The champ is super complicated and you could see that with the last few Hwei plays just being so sloppy and poorly done

not only that but he's kinda weak, all of his abilities are easy to dogde and his damage is kinda low, he also is too slow and squishy in lane (lowest movespeed and armor of all mages), high mana costs, i fear riot will keep him Extremely weak to avoid another ryze situation
