See the term 'white privlage' gets used so inappropriately. People get incorrectly accused of it, which in turn caused it to lose it's meaning. It's SUPPOSED to mean "There were certain problems you didn't have because you were white." It's NOT supposed to mean "You are white and therefore your life is better/easier/devoid of issues." which I swear it's how its used now. So your situation had nothing to do with white privlage. Your skin color had no bearing on your situation. You grew up poor, and as someone who was at one point, I know full well the difficulties that come with it. Your whiteness didn't help nor hinder your situation. An example of ACTUAL white privlage is the old stereotype where cab drivers wouldn't pick up black people. That black person experienced a problem BECAUSE of the color of their skin. A white person therefore, had a privlage of getting a taxi unhindered. Getting a taxi easily may make your life 'better' or 'easier' but certainly doesn't catapult a white person on some sort of pedestal. There are serious cases of white privilege, like where people with 'white sounding' names get call backs easier for job interviews (I have, anecdotally, seen this). But again that doesn't mean if a white person gets the job it doesn't mean they don't deserve it, or didn't work hard, or had it handed to them. I'm just gonna chip in here about the lilly drops thing, yeah people might have been a bit too rough, but in fairness these rust twitch drops work like this: You start watching a streamer to get their drop, if the streamer ends the stream before you get your drop, You are ineligible to get any other streamer drop until you finish that one. So if someone opens lilly's stream just as she's ending her stream, these people are UNABLE to go to different streamers for their drops which is kind of frustrating, instead they have to wait for lilly to stream again, and finish their drop on her channel.

There was also some more drama around the Twitch Rivals draft. Twitch had a rule that each team could only have a maximum of 2 challengers. However rather than defining challenger according to ab objective criteria like current ladder position, or position at the end of last season, Twitch rated high ELO players as challenger or not chall in a very arbitrary way. And then they decided that a player who was originally grouped as not challenger as actually being challenger half way through the draft, resulting in Tyler1 finding out that his first pick was ineligible just as he was making his last pick, ruining his draft. The whole thing was a mess.

The African American culture is significantly different to African culture and most definitely Black British and European cultures. To lump them all into one for the sake of your argument goes against the very argument itself. Then using the fact to say that because one culture was mistreated that the other races don’t matter is ludicrous. It makes no progress in the long run and in some areas it is blatantly racist. “White lives don’t matter” is extremely racist if you flipped the white to black but people aren’t looking at the situation neutrally and are trying to fit his words to their agenda. They are trying to make it about culture when each subsection of the race has its own culture so saying the entire race doesn’t matter because of one culture is extremely hypocritical
