IJay, thanks much for this unusual video. The Korean lady Sohyang, who learned to speak American English by watching Disney Movies, who majored in French and Music at University, who can bring any venue of music ever written under her spell, just followed the famous French Chanteuse, Edith Piaf singing this most famous French Love Song, and performed it - poignantly. @@daveg.6820 Thank YOU. It's a shame she's constantly mocked by her haters for not having any hit songs, but I personally enjoy the songs she's been involved in arranging more than any other hit. Aren't those her real hits? Whether it's due to her religious background or personal beliefs, she's been almost entirely independent without a professional team, and while she's now firmly established as a performer amidst the huge K-pop wave, it's true that she's been pushed aside. lol However, the truth is that she started studying music on her own after giving up university at around 20 to become a singer, and she has many beautiful songs that are not well-known to the public among those she created and sang. Even now, her lyrics are all religious. The only difference is whether they are explicit, metaphorical, or ambiguous. Looking at the arrangements, there is usually a clear arranger, so the credit goes to them, but looking at the content, it's easy to see that there are many songs that they couldn't have arranged without her engagement. Her reputation has been strong in the underground scene, and she finally started frequent appearing on TV in her 30s, gaining nationwide fame, and even taught practical music at an art university in Gangnam, Seoul. There's even edited video of her teaching, isn't there? With her apparent high learning ability, she now creates songs more easily with the help of her own composition team, doing beat-making, sequencing, or sampling which means all for composition, and it seems she's been working on it steadily from "blessing" to her recent album.

@@pjqi48k3ei PJ, thanks. I was sure that she has lectured at University on Voice, but was uncertain about Music. I have watched her channel on which she gives lessons from the Old Testament. She reads Greek and has written two treatises on the New Testament. Consider these: for her TV Contest performances, she has a team who assist in planning with the arrangers' names changing, but she is the musical genius on the team. I am certain nothing happens on that stage, Chorus, Orchestra, Lighting, and Staging that does not carry her personal artistry. Her incredible arrangements for classic Hit Songs like "I Have Nothing" ARE her Hits, although she has written and performed some songs that are extremely popular with fans, like "Dream" - a song that only she can sing. I watch them every day as new reactors find them. I refer to her as a genius because I have seen her sing from sheet music, flawlessly with an impeccable interpretation of the story and the emotional intent of the song. Her memory is such that she hears and remembers a song, and the first opportunity to sing it comes out with her exquisite touch on it. e.g. "Misty". Although she is well-known by music giants like David Foster, she has no Hit Songs from the international music scene because she has refused to sign a single contract with the major Music Publishers, not wanting to become involved with the corrupting effects of that world. Her new album "DIVA" is being (only) distributed by Warner Music - perhaps she will make her way to American music billboards even yet. Cheers.

He was coming to reach her in NYC , she was waiting for him so hardly this day, she was so happy but he died ... He was the great boxer Marcel Cerdan , he was very famous too. They love each other in secret because he was married. He was franco-marroccan boxer. She wrote this song specially for him when she met him in USA few months before... I cant imagine what she may feel when she sang this song this night.. Hymne à l'amour. So beautiful and tragic at the same time.
