Good idea. Especially to be wrapped into a apply to each for all listed workspace data flows to trigger all datasets. Could be some work but might be a thought

You can add the condition of it being successful to the trigger settings, so the flow never even kicks off unless it was successful

Would this be used in place of Scheduled Refresh?

can be used instead of that. however, you can keep the scheduled refresh on too. just in case another data source's data changes.
