Really good stories man. Your stuff totally reminds me of the show, The Wonder Years hahaha. I love hearing about the golden era of SF. Been tuning in since part 1 of all of this. Will there be a part 15? or a different SF stories/series?

the wonder years, LOL. thanks for listening. yes there will be a part 15. i will start uploading it in a few hours. there's a lot more things i have to tell. when you say different SF series, what do you mean? i have thought about what i can talk about when i'm done talking about the SF drama in the arcades, but i'm not sure if it would be as interesting since things kinda died down after that.

I wasn't so sure if you were going to keep continuing on with this in a part 15 or more. That's why I asked that. Anyhow, did you ever check out those old school SF stories with Jeff Schaefer? He tells his stories of the early 90's SF golden era, tournaments, and also talks a lot about the legendary Tomo Ohira. The series of videos used to be on his youtube channel, but he took them all down. I have no idea why though.

YouKube are you talking about this Jeff Schaeffer - Origins of competitive Street Fighter II. Pt 1/5 ? if so, i have watched them, and it reminded me of the old days. i would say i have several more hours worth of material before i end it all. a lot more happened during the Champion Edition phase, and many new characters started coming around. i think i will write down certain things when they pop into my head, so i won't forget them.

How long did it take to figure out Zangief's SPD?

haha, i don't really remember, but i do know it was like one of the last moves that people learned. mostly because people didn't use him as much as other characters.
