Alternative 4 hit combo... Jump in with Hard punch (keep joystick down in the air), crouch middle punch into blade kick. Dont use a kick when jumping in as it pushes the character away to far for the combo to connect.

Guile only has two special attacks, the rest is just punches and kicks. its how much depth given to him over two moves. its surprising how much you can play him aggressively and not full turtle.

Although he was very Problematic to work with. he was always high on cocaine on set, he cheated on his newlywed wife with Kylie Minogue, who was Cammy and very belligerent and aggressive with everyone. The movie shoots were also filled with problems which also frustrated him to no end. people got sick from the water and one guy unalived himself because he couldnt stand it there. He almost landed the role of The Predator but his fighting style was too flashy and they wanted something more of a ninja than a power ranger.

Fun fact. In the original Japanese release Balrog was named M.Bison, which stood for Mike Bison. When they brought SF2 to the US they changed his name to Balrog to avoid any lawsuits from Mike Tyson.

The play style of guile here is awesome. Using a ground mid screen wait and attack with sonic booms as a way to force to force your opponent forward to you is brilliant. The way you back up in bigger characters and the let loose until dizzy combo or dizzy throw is great.

I wondered what the deal with that was before, when they'd show the Japanese versions of Street Fighter II in magazines, and why they apparently had the names wrong with the characters? It was later I realized they weren't quite who we thought they were, and can only imagine how much confusion that must have caused back in the day too! And it was all because of both Mike Tyson, along with Capcom of America thinking Vega was such a puny name for the game's final boss as well! (L.O.L.!)

Guile is one of the characters it took me a while to learn. He has 5 moves he relies on, and it takes a while to learn not only when to use them, but the timing. When I did finish it with Guile, I'd say the hardest fight was SAGAT. Mainly because Sagat can start throwing out his tigers insanely fast. Every character has his worst nightmare. And I can say for Guile, it's Sagat.
